Why Reformer Pilates?
Over 20 years of teaching, I have curated a method blending and fusing the precision and principles of the original, classical Reformer method with innovative, dynamic movements to create a reformer session with a fresh contemporary twist. While the classical method emphasises strict adherence to Joseph Pilates’ original sequences, focusing on controlled, flowing exercises to build core strength and alignment, my modern approach incorporates all the above but with creative variations, functional movements and props.

Kirstin brings a passion for movement and a wealth of experience to every session. With a deep understanding of Pilates principles and a focus on supportive, mindful instruction, she helps clients reconnect with their bodies, strengthen from within, and enjoy the process along the way.
At Pret a Pilates, we use high-end RYB Reformers with tower attachments for versatile strength and flexibility work. Jump boards add dynamic cardio, while rings,weights and foam rollers enhance targeted muscle engagement
