With 20 years of teaching experience and a commitment to continuous education with educators such as STOTT, I bring unparalleled expertise to my boutique studio, Pret a Pilates. My journey began as a dancer, which led naturally to a fascination with the body and ultimately the transformative power of pilates. Even as a dancer, pilates can still humble the most formidable dance moves! I qualified in Remedial Pilates under Guru Michael King at the Pilates Institute in London in 2006. Working at one of London’s first dedicated reformer studios ignited my obsession with the equipment—especially the reformer, with the Cadillac a close second for its versatility and challenge.

Unlike large group classes, where generalised routines can lack focus, my private and duet sessions at Pret a Pilates are tailored to the body in front of me. In my intimate studio, featuring two stunning Italian-designed RYB (Reform Your Body) reformers with towers for that Cadillac-inspired edge, you can enjoy a session on your own, or with your bestie, partner, or family member, with my dedicated guidance. I push you safely and precisely, ensuring every exercise unlocks your full potential. In an industry filled with newer instructors, my two decades of experience and comprehensive training on all Pilates apparatus set me apart as a true specialist, serving everyone from clinical to athletic clients.
